In 1974, Sissy Harrington McGill set out on a mission that would forever change the way we feed our pets. Inspired by her love for animals and a desire to see them thrive, Sissy noticed that European Great Danes were living longer, healthier lives than their American counterparts. She believed that diet was the key and began crafting a nutritious, natural pet food that would set a new standard.
Drawing inspiration from high-quality European pet foods, Sissy created Hund-N-Flocken, a recipe rich in real meat, whole grains, and nutrient-dense superfoods. This groundbreaking product wasn’t just another pet food; it was the birth of the holistic pet food category. Sissy’s unwavering commitment to quality and nutrition set a gold standard that continues to inspire us today.
